 How it works

  1. You have just acquired a package of lessons, for example, 12 classes for 3 month of 2 hour weekly classes. You will receive an e-mail on behalf of Google Checkout when this step has taken place.

  2. We have received notification of your order. We will get in touch with your personal tutor to notify them of the fact that you have purchased a package of classes.

  3. Once we are absolutely sure that all is working as it should, we will proceed to charge you. We will never put it into effect before this point.

  4. You receive another e-mail on behalf of Google Checkout, informing you that your payments have been 'sent', and that the transaction has successfully been carried out.

 This process takes approximately 1 working hours.
