1.  How does Google Check out work?

Quickly and safely. Find all the necessary details about the process here.

2.  What cards do you accept?

3.  Why Google Check out?

Because of the speed of the system, and above all, the security. As a customer, you have all the guarantees offered by a great company like Google. Check out its terms and conditions.

4.  I have bought my package of lessons. What happens if, for whatever reason, I can’t attend a class one day? Do I lose it?

Of course not. At Spanish Teachers, we are nothing if not extremely flexible. Any cancelled lessons can be rescheduled for any other date according to when the teacher can manage it. We do ask you, however, to warn your tutor at least 24 hours beforehand. The tutor’s work doesn’t just consist of turning up and giving the lesson. Before this, they have to spend time planning extensively, and this should be respected.

5.  I bought 20 lessons a while ago. Due to work, I am going to be absent for quite some time and I won’t be able to complete my course of lessons. Will I lose them?

No. If, for any reason, you need/want to stop your Spanish learning, we can postpone your tuition service for a period of up to 6 months. Also, in order to take advantage of the programme, you can, having so agreed with your tutor, increase the number of weekly hours, in order to complete all of the teaching hours that you have paid for.

6.  I’ve got problems with my credit card and cannot pay for my lessons any other way. Is there another way by which I can make a payment?

Yes. You can pay for your lessons by cheque. The amount should correspond to the relevant type of packages that we offer when using electronic payment, that is to say, for 10, 15 or 20 classes. This cheque should be written to the name, Spanish Solutions Ltd and can be handed in to your Spanish tutor, for them to deliver to us, or deposited personally in any HSBC branch.

7.  I forgot to pay for my classes. Now what?

Hypothetically, if this were to happen, and you forgot to pay a cycle of classes and your next class was imminent, your personal tutor would contact your to inform you of this situation before giving the lesson. If you agree to do so with your teacher, the payment for your package of lessons can be carried out during the same class (by cheque), or after it, electronically. We depend on our students being trustworthy.

the Student Centre is a virtual meeting point designed to give all of our Spanish students to have a bit more control of their classes. Enjoy!
